The Pittsfield Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three  contests by 35  points or more this season. They took their  game on the road  on Friday with ease, bagging a  59-18 victory over Mount Greylock Regional. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  victory Pittsfield has managed all season.
 Pittsfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Dezerea Powell led the charge by  scoring 11 points along with eight  steals. Those eight  steals set a new season-high mark for her.  Harolyn Castillo was another key contributor,  scoring ten points along with eight  rebounds.
 The  win (which was Pittsfield's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Mount Greylock Regional,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 0-2.
 Pittsfield will have some time to savor their  win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Chicopee at 7:00  p.m.  on January 9th. As for Mount Greylock Regional, they will head out on the road to face off against Wahconah Regional at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
