The timing is sure in Hendrick Hudson's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Lakeland has been banged up by two consecutive losses on the road.
Hendrick Hudson posted their biggest win yet this season on Wednesday. They really took it to Sleepy Hollow for the full four quarters, racking up a 59-23 win at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Hendrick Hudson has posted against Sleepy Hollow since February 10, 2017.
Kaitlyn Raguso was her usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Elyse Smith, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Lakeland took their game at home last Tuesday with ease, bagging a 60-15 victory over Peekskill. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-8.
Hendrick Hudson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Lakeland, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
