The Sky View Bobcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They came out on top against Thunder Ridge by a score of 72-65. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Sky View has managed all season.
Sky View's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bryton Williams led the charge by scoring 19 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. That's the first time this season that Williams pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Easton Mills, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds.
The victory got Sky View back to even at 5-5. As for Thunder Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.
Sky View's road trip will continue as they head out to face Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on December 21st. Thunder Ridge will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Skyline at 7:30 p.m. on January 2, 2024.
