Saranac Lake had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They put the hurt on the AuSable Valley Patriots with a sharp 57-31 victory. The Red Storm have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.

AuSable Valley lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Celton Dupis, who posted eight points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Blaise, who earned eight points.

Saranac Lake's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for AuSable Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saranac Lake will challenge Beekmantown at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for AuSable Valley, they will welcome Northeastern Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
