South Fayette has been on the road for four straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Peters Township Indians at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Wednesday, South Fayette was able to grind out a solid win over Beaver, taking the game 66-56.
Meanwhile, Peters Township scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They snuck past Penn-Trafford with a 72-66 victory. The victory was all the more spectacular given Peters Township's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 242nd, while Penn-Trafford is ranked 106th).
The win got South Fayette back to even at 2-2. As for Peters Township, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
