China Spring is a perfect 10-0 against Connally since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The China Spring Cougars are taking a road trip to face off against the Connally Cadets at 2:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

China Spring fell victim to Robinson and their airtight defense on Monday. They fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Connally also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against La Vega on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Cadets have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Connally's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for China Spring, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

China Spring took their win against Connally in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for China Spring since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
