Leading Yerba Buena to victory were Brylin Thomas and Brandon Tran. Thomas scored 18 points, while Tran scored 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Thomas has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Tran, who scored 12 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Yerba Buena and bumps their season record up to 5-18. As for James Lick, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-21.
Yerba Buena will be playing in front of their home fans against Del Mar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for James Lick, they will head out on the road to square off against San Jose at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. James Lick is coming into the match with 14 straight defeats on the road, meaning San Jose will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
