After flying high against Independent Baptist Academy  on September 12th, Solid Rock Christian School came back down to earth. The Swordsmen came up short against  the King's Christian Knights on Tuesday, falling  4-0. The  contest was a  0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Solid Rock Christian School couldn't quite close it out.
Solid Rock Christian School now  has a losing record of 1-2. As for King's Christian, the  win was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3-1.
 Solid Rock Christian School will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gloucester County Christian at 7:30  p.m.  on  the 10th. As for King's Christian, they will welcome Abundant Life Academy  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. King's Christian's defense better be ready for this one: Abundant Life Academy has averaged an impressive 2.9  goals per game this season.
