Another player making a difference was Lawren Johnson, who had four points in addition to 16 rebounds and two steals.
Even though they lost, Fowler smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 17 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Del Norte was able to grind out a solid win over Buena Vista on Friday, taking the game 42-34.
