While George Ranch put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Freeman. The Longhorns were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over the Golden Eagles. With that win, the Longhorns brought their scoring average up to 8 runs per game.

George Ranch got a massive performance out of Courtney Mays, who fired off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-3. Those two hits gave Mays a new career-high. Emma Young was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.

George Ranch always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .529. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory was the third in a row for George Ranch, bringing their record up to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Freeman, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, George Ranch will take on Randle in a tournament on Friday. As for Freeman, they will be taking part in a tournament against Waller at 2:45 p.m. on Friday.
