The Hornets blew past the Patriots 4-1. Considering Plattsburgh have won six matchups by more than two  goals this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
They hit AuSable Valley with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from  Emma Meschinelli,  Olivia LaMountain,  Amaya Abellard,  and  Noelle Cass.
 Meanwhile, Saranac's game  on Tuesday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell  4-2 to Northeastern Clinton. Saranac have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
 Plattsburgh's win bumped their record up to 10-4-1. As for Saranac, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-2.
 Plattsburgh couldn't quite get it done against Saranac in their previous matchup  back in September as they fell  2-0. Can the Hornets avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
