Yahir Luna was a major factor in Valley Union's win over Duncan on Friday. Luna did his part (and then some), rushing for 97 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries for the 'W'. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.

A Season-Best Effort from Myles Richardson Leads Valley Union over Duncan

His longest reception was for an incredible 85 yards.
On the season, Richardson has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 44.9 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 5.71 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 75.43 rushing yards.

Luke Haymore Makes It Two for St. David
Another St. David player making an appearance on this list is Luke Haymore. He rushed for 23 yards and a touchdown.
Fort Thomas's probably not too fond of Haymore given he always seems to get the better of them. Haymore picked up 90 receiving yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Apaches duked it out back in October of 2023.
