The Edmonds-Woodway Warriors posted their closest  victory yet this season on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  squad sidled past Shorewood  54-51. The  win made it back-to-back wins for Edmonds-Woodway.
 Edmonds-Woodway found their leader in underclassman  Grant Williams, who  scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Julian Gray, who  scored 12 points.
 Edmonds-Woodway is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Shorewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.
 Edmonds-Woodway will head out on the road to  challenge  Arlington at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Arlington has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 501 points over their last seven games. As for Shorewood, they will be playing at home against Cascade at 7:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. Cascade will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 275th, while Shorewood is ranked 64th).
