Patton barely beat West Lincoln the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers breezed past the Rebels to the tune of 78-45 on Thursday. That 33 point margin sets a new team best for the Panthers this season.

West Lincoln's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landon Blevins, who posted 13 points. Solomon Robinson was another key player, putting up seven points and five rebounds.

The victory made it two in a row for Patton and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.5 points over those games. As for West Lincoln, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Patton has already played their next matchup, a 75-72 defeat against Bunker Hill on the 10th. As for West Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 81-39 loss against Bessemer City on the 5th.
