The Banks County Leopards will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against the Union County Panthers at 6:00  p.m. Banks County is coming into the  game hot, having won their last nine games.
 Banks County stacked  a  12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding  78-22 win over East Jackson at home. That looming  78-22 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Banks County yet this  season.
  Addison Hoard was  her usual excellent self,  dropping  a double-double on 17 points and 11  assists. Hoard is absolutely dominating the  steal category: she's  posted at least two every time she's  taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Carley Segars, who  scored ten points along with nine  rebounds and three  steals.
 Meanwhile,  after a string of three wins, Union County's good fortune finally ran out  last Saturday. They were just a bucket shy of victory  and fell  48-47 to Fannin County.
 Banks County is  on a roll lately: they've  won 13 of their last 14 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Union County, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 10-8.
 Everything went Banks County's way against Union County when the teams last played  back in January of 2023 as Banks County made off with a  46-21 victory. Will Banks County repeat their success,  or does  Union County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
