Central Catholic was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after besting Fox Chapel. The Vikings came in at 25 in the state poll after placing at number 26 last week.
Seneca Valley added to the longest winning streak in WPIAL AAAA Northern Eight this week by beating Connellsville, 36-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Raiders.

Ben DiNucci threw for 320 and 2 touchdowns and Michael Merhaut had 88 yards receiving. On the ground Conner Slomka contributed 122 yards. North Allegheny and the Rams played the closest game in the league this week, with North Allegheny eventually emerging with a 29-28 victory. Olwaseun Idowu ran for 125 yards and caught 2 passes for 34 yards during the win.
