They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 63-38 walloping at the hands of Greater Johnstown. Penn Cambria was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-14.
Despite the loss, Penn Cambria still got an impressive performance from Gavin Harrold, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brandon Rabish, who scored ten points.
Penn Cambria's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Greater Johnstown, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Penn Cambria has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Bearcats at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Huntingdon is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak. As for Greater Johnstown, they will be playing at home against the Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tyrone will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 242nd, while the Trojans are ranked 33rd).
