Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Aubrey Joiner stepped things up a notch to give Destiny Christian Academy the 'W'. Joiner scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Joiner's strong effort led Destiny Christian Academy over Natomas and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lions have been dominating at home and they will enter the game having won 15 straight home games dating back to last season.
