After flying high against Monument Academy  last Tuesday, Pikes Peak Christian came back down to earth. The Pikes Peak Christian Eagles lost  3-0 to The Vanguard School Coursers on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Eagles have suffered  since October 16, 2023.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-15,  25-18.
 The Vanguard School found their leader in underclassman  Ainsley Anderson, who  had seven  digs and 19  assists. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  Anderson now  posted eight or more in the last ten games she's  played.
 Pikes Peak Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for The Vanguard School, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pikes Peak Christian will square off against Peyton at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for The Vanguard School, they will play host again  on Thursday to welcome Woodland Park, where the match is scheduled  at 6:00  p.m.
