Several Rattlers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tobey White, who posted 11 points. It was another big night for Dutch Martinez Jr, who went 9 of 16 en route to 21 points in addition to eight boards and five assists for Poston Butte. The team also got some help courtesy of Ike Robinson, who put up ten points and eight rebounds.
Crismon's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Poston Butte, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-14.
Crismon and Poston Butte could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings. Crismon will challenge ALA - Gilbert North at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday down 228 places (271 vs. 43).
