After flying high against Midland Christian last Friday, Graham came back down to earth. The Graham Steers received a blow on Friday as they fell 35-21 to the Springtown Porcupines. Kaine Hill had a dynamite game for Springtown, rushing for 110 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also throwing for 190 yards and two touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes. Hill got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run and that went for an incredible 87 yards.
Graham's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Springtown, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.
