Clark County scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a blow against the Palmyra Panthers, falling 82-30. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Indians have suffered against the Panthers since October 1, 2021.

When it comes to explaining why Clark County lost, don't look at Reid Sammons. Despite the final result, he picked up 175 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Sammons showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 64 yards. Another player making a difference was Bennett Plenge, who threw for 151 yards and three TDs on only ten passes.

Clark County is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. As for Palmyra, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
