With a playoff win on the line, Florence rose to the challenge  on Saturday. They walked away with  a   65-52  victory over the Coolidge Bears. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  win being a  57-48  victory  on February 4th.

 Logan Stenson continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines,  going 9-for-15  on his way to 25  points in addition to six  assists and six  boards. That's the most points  he has posted since back in December of 2024.  Brody Ramirez was another key player,  putting up 15  points along with six  rebounds and three  steals.
 They weren't the only ones working in the  assist department: Florence was working as a unit and  finished the game with 20  assists. They  racked up eight more  assists than Coolidge's also-impressive total of 12.
 When it comes to explaining why Coolidge lost, don't look at  Preston Dees. Despite the final result, he  dropped  a double-double with 15 points and 15  boards. Another player making a difference was  Jensen Carter, who  put up 12  points.
Florence is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last eight matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 24-4 record  this season. Coolidge's defeat dropped their record down to 23-10.
 Looking ahead, Florence will take on Pusch Ridge Christian Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Florence is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 66.4  points per game  this season. Coolidge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
