After only two runs in their last game, Andrews made sure to put some runs up on the board against Edisto on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 12-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Tori Smith was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Emalyn Cooper was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Andrews' victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Edisto, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-10-1.

As of now, neither Andrews nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
