Adrian Sanchez Delivers Best Performance of Season
Adrian Sanchez produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Glen Rose to the win on Friday. Sanchez picked up 175 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 60 yards.
Glen Rose pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. Sanchez and Glen Rose will host Hillsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Braylen Benson Turns in Season-Best Effort
Braylen Benson produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hillsboro to the win on Friday. Benson rushed for 104 yards and four touchdowns on only ten carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 57 yards.
The win got Hillsboro back to even at 3-3. Benson and Hillsboro will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Glen Rose at 7:00 p.m.

Canyon Evans Dazzles in Glen Rose Win
Canyon Evans posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He threw for 309 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 30 yards. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for Godley, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Evans. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Evans saw the Wildcats), he threw for 214 yards and four touchdowns.

While Ja'Marion Garrett delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Dunbar. Benbrook had no answer to Garrett as he rushed for 175 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries.
Dunbar has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. Garrett will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Venus on Friday.

Another Game with at Least Eight Total Tackles from Jacoryn Johnson
Jacoryn Johnson continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 17th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least eight total tackles. He produced his best game of the campaign : he forced a fumble and made 15 total tackles (4.0 for loss).
This season, Johnson has averaged 11.5 total tackles per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one forced fumble. This year he is already up to three.
