Brayden Gorby made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 11 consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season.
In other batting news, Logan Canfield was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most doubles he has posted since back in April. Cam Peschl was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
