After nine games on the road, Everglades is heading back home. They will take on the Plantation Colonels at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Everglades suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They took a serious blow against Cardinal Gibbons, falling 69-31. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Everglades has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Plantation had to suffer through a rough 74-45 loss at the hands of Northwestern.
Everglades' defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 11-9. As for Plantation, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-7.
Everything came up roses for Everglades against Plantation in their previous matchup back in December of 2021 as the squad secured a 70-31 victory. Will Everglades repeat their success, or does Plantation have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
