Halle Snyder continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for River Valley, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds. Snyder continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Megan Clausing, who scored 14 points along with three steals.
Marion Harding's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for River Valley, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-8.
Marion Harding won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Lima Senior at 12:30 p.m. on January 20th. As for River Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Shelby at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Shelby presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than River Valley in Ohio (Shelby is ranked 127th, while River Valley is ranked 293rd).
