The Classical Academy had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Elizabeth on Friday. The Titans were the clear victors by an 11-5 margin over the Cardinals. Considering the Titans have won 12 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The Classical Academy got a massive performance out of Zack Hale, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Elliot Wood was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: The Classical Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Elizabeth only managed ten hits.

The victory was the third in a row for The Classical Academy, bringing their record up to 17-4. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Elizabeth, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5.

The Classical Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 14-1 loss against Falcon on the 10th. As for Elizabeth, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-3 victory against Alameda on the 10th.
