For the second straight game, Woodside will face off against Bethel. The Wolverines will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bruins at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Woodside is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.

Woodside had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Bethel put an end to it on Tuesday. The Wolverines fell just short of the Bruins by a score of 3-2. The match marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

For Bethel's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Conner Lamb, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. That's the most stolen bases Lamb has posted since back in May of 2024. Another was Josh Flicek, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

With the victory, Bethel broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3. As for Woodside, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3.
