The St. Bonaventure Seraphs and the Folsom Bulldogs squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but sadly the St. Bonaventure Seraphs had to settle for second. They took a 20-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. St. Bonaventure's loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
Although St. Bonaventure took the loss, they still got scores from DJ Doss and Koen Glover.
Even if they lost, St. Bonaventure's defense still kept up the pressure with five sacks. In that department, Jaden Few was the leader with two sacks.
Folsom found their leader in underclassman Ryder Lyons, who rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 145 yards and a touchdown.
St. Bonaventure's loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Folsom, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-2.
St. Bonaventure does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Folsom also has no future games currently scheduled.
