Wilder Jr. Came Up Big in Greene County's 52-32 Defeat
Starting off the list is Greene County's Ronald Wilder Jr., who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wilder Jr. rushed for 192 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 130 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Greene County has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. Wilder Jr. and Greene County will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Vincent at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Vincent was led to victory by Jayden Roberts, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Roberts rushed for 255 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (100.3). Those 255 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Vincent's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Roberts will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Isabella on Friday.

Tuscaloosa Academy Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Preston Lancaster
Preston Lancaster's big game helped extend Tuscaloosa Academy's winning streak to seven on Friday. Lancaster was unstoppable, throwing for 241 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Lamar County had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Lancaster it was a similar story. Lancaster threw for 338 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in September of 2023.

Greene County Gets a Boost from Snoddy in 52-32 Loss
Another Greene County player making an appearance on this list is Kelvies Snoddy. He rushed for 70 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 137 yards while completing 80% of his passes.
