Matt Hamm-Jones Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 On Friday, Solomon got the W thanks in part to  Matt Hamm-Jones playing the best football he has all season. Hamm-Jones rushed for 133 yards and five touchdowns, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 Solomon moved to 1-5 with that  win, which also ended their nine-game losing streak. Hamm-Jones and Solomon will head out to  face off against Canton-Galva  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Logan Tate Sets Career High in  Rushing Yards
  Logan Tate posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He rushed for 161 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (106.5). He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 70-yard run.
 The  victory (which was Rural Vista [Hope/White City]'s fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Tate and Rural Vista [Hope/White City] will welcome Hartford  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Carlos Duran Puts an End to Solomon's Losing Streak  on Friday
 Solomon's nine-game losing streak  dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to  Carlos Duran. Duran was unstoppable on Friday, picking up 135 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 54 yards.
 For the season,  Duran  has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 65.8 receiving yards per game.

Rural Vista [Hope/White City] Gets a Boost from Riedy in  40-24  Victory
  Kole Riedy put up the most  rushing yards he's  had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries.
 On the year,  Riedy  has run in 8 touchdowns while averaging 52.2 rushing yards per game.

Kyler Bergkamp Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 On Friday, Little River had to settle for second even though  Kyler Bergkamp put up the best numbers he has all season. Bergkamp picked up 66 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a rushing score. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 66 yards.
 Little River moved to 5-1 with that  loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak. Bergkamp and Little River will square off against Central Plains at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
