The Victor Blue Devils entered their tilt with the Irondequoit Eagles with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Victor blew past Irondequoit 59-20 on the road. Given Victor's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 17th, while Irondequoit is ranked 398th), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Victor pushed their record up to 3-0 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Irondequoit, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Victor will finish 2023 at home by hosting Spencerport at 4:00 p.m. on December 29th. As for Irondequoit, they will head out on the road to face off against Greece Arcadia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
