Burroughs lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Landon Everhart, who scored ten points along with six blocks. Chase Kardosh was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Burroughs' defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Arcadia, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.
Burroughs will be playing at home against Pasadena at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Pasadena presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Burroughs in California (Pasadena is ranked 37th, while Burroughs is ranked 281st). As for Arcadia, they will head out on the road to challenge Burbank at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Burbank is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.
