It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but the Springville Tigers ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Pell City and snuck past 31-28. The win was familiar territory for Springville who now have three in a row.

Springville will challenge Guntersville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Guntersville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Springville in Alabama (Guntersville is ranked 42nd, while Springville is ranked 133rd). Pell City will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Huffman at 7:00 p.m. on November 20th. Huffman comes in on a streak of failing to score more than zero points in their last ten games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
