Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Rochester walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Salem Wildcats on Saturday as they made off with a 4-0 win. Considering Rochester have won eight matchups by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Salem with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Nick Pier, Reid Loy, Brenden McArdle, and Grant Kutscher.

Rochester now has a winning record of 10-9-1. As for Salem, they moved to 19-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Coming up, Rochester will face off against Teutopolis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Rochester sitting on six straight victories and Teutopolis on four. Salem does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
