North Schuylkill came out on top against Berwick on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run sixth inning. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Bulldogs. Olivia Jones made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over six innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.
In other batting news, Jordanna Frie was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
