Glenwood Springs won the last time they faced Basalt and things went their way on Thursday too. The Demons put the hurt on the Longhorns with a sharp 3-0 win. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Demons this season.

The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-11, 25-21.

Grace Sims paced Glenwood Springs' offense, picking up nine kills. Sims got some help from Kylee Bair and her 14 assists. Kaylee Molina and Gianna Zambrano kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Glenwood Springs' victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Glenwood Springs has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against St. Mary's Academy on the 6th. As for Basalt, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Roaring Fork on the 4th.
