North Pemiscot extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Cheyanne Sawyer. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the South Pemiscot Bulldogs on Monday thanks in part to Sawyer, who had 21 assists and ten digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 25 times she's played.

North Pemiscot not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept South Pemiscot between 13 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-13.

North Pemiscot's victory bumped their record up to 20-10-2. As for South Pemiscot, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

North Pemiscot didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Holcomb on the 28th. South Pemiscot does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
