In what's become a running theme this season, the Weskan Coyotes gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They really took it to Christian Family Educators for the full four quarters, racking up a 56-17 victory on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-9.
Leading Weskan to victory were Nick Cottrell and Eli Aldridge. Cottrell scored 14 points, while Aldridge scored 16 points. That's the first time this season that Aldridge scored 15 or more points. Dodger Allen was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Weskan has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Christian Family Educators, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Weskan will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bethune at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th. Christian Family Educators does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
