The Wolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dolphins earlier this season, when they won 3-1.
Flintridge Prep actually scored more points across those five sets (106-100), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-19, 16-25, 27-25, 15-12.
Chadwick can attribute much of their success to Noah Matsunaga, who had 15 digs. That's the most digs Matsunaga has posted since back in March.
Flintridge Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Chadwick, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Meanwhile, Chadwick is set to square off against their familiar foe EF Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
