Mesquite found their leader in freshman Alexa Montoya, who threw for 121 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of her passes, and also punched in a pair of scores on the ground. Montoya has been hot recently, having posted four or more passing touchdowns the last three times she's played. Kylie Clinton was another key player, picking up 52 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
