Hamilton's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kayden Strong, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Strong hasn't dropped below two steals for 15 straight games. Another player making a difference was Case Porter, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
CORE Butte has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season. As for Hamilton, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.
