If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Dallas. On Friday they take on James M. Coughlin at 7:00 PM. Dallas have yet to lose; James M. Coughlin, on the other hand, are desperate for their first win.
Last Friday, Dallas put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. Everything came up roses for them against Wyoming Valley West as the team secured a 42-6 victory. No one put up better numbers for Dallas than junior Lenny Kelley, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 134 yards and 1 touchdown.
Meanwhile, James M. Coughlin came up short against Pittston, falling 14-25.
Dallas found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 0-28 punch to the gut against James M. Coughlin the last time the two teams met. The loss knocked Dallas out of the playoffs, so expect them to come at James M. Coughlin with a vengeful fire.
