The North Valley Christian Academy Lions can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent contest on Wednesday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 61-26 win over Lincoln Prep. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-12.
Leading North Valley Christian Academy to victory were Zathan Ruffin and Bobby Rodriguez. Ruffin scored nine points along with seven rebounds and two steals, while Rodriguez scored 18 points. Rodriguez hasn't dropped below 15 points for three straight games. Zac Ruelas was another key contributor, scoring five points along with two steals.
North Valley Christian Academy pushed their record up to 14-9 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42.33 points. As for Lincoln Prep, they now have a losing record at 11-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Valley Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Desert Heights Prep at 7:00 p.m. on January 25th. As for Lincoln Prep, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Cicero Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 27th. Hopefully Cicero Prep Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Thursday.
