School of the Woods came tearing into Thursday's matchup with 13 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Banff Bears 62-26. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Adam Zagaar was his usual excellent self, putting up 18 points along with six assists and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 19 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Pace Graff, who posted six points in addition to five assists and four steals.

They weren't the only one working in the assists department: School of the Woods was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Banff only racked up seven assists.

Banff's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Issac Sumpter, who put up four points along with 18 boards and four blocks, and Jayden Oriedetu, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds.

School of the Woods' victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-2. As for Banff, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

School of the Woods wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 66-47 defeat against Annapolis Christian Academy on the 25th. As for Banff, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-37 loss against Humble Christian on the 28th.
