Wabash Valley HomeSchool got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Asa Shepherd out in front who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds. That's the first time this season that Shepherd pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brayden Wallace, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
The victory got Wabash Valley HomeSchool back to even at 9-9. As for Living Water Homeschool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-9.
Wabash Valley HomeSchool will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against First Baptist Christian at 6:00 p.m. As for Living Water Homeschool, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Columbus HomeSchool at 1:00 p.m. on January 27th. Columbus HomeSchool has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 623 points over their last nine matchups.
