After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Faith Academy, Theodore was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Murphy Panthers a 13-0 shutout. With that win, the Bobcats brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

Jayden Davis was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Kyler Kemmeter was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

The victory snapped Theodore's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-11 record. As for Murphy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17.

Theodore will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Panthers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
