Frewsburg is 6-0 against Falconer since December of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Frewsburg Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falconer Golden Falcons at 7:30 p.m. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Gowanda scored an imposing 59 points on Friday, Frewsburg still came out on top. Frewsburg managed a 63-59 victory over Gowanda.
Gavin Smith continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 33 points and 13 rebounds. Kael Collver was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
Meanwhile, Falconer earned a 54-45 victory over Portville on Tuesday.
Frewsburg's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Falconer, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Frewsburg came out on top in a nail-biter against Falconer in their previous meeting back in January, sneaking past 67-64. Does Frewsburg have another victory up their sleeve, or will Falconer turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
